Sealed proposals for Food and Beverage Concessions Operation Services will be received by the undersigned until 10:00 a.m. February 21st at Springville City Hall – 160 Walker Drive, Springville AL 35146. The proposals will be opened by City officials for review at that time. Proposals may be hand carried or mailed; however, it is the responsibility of the proposers to assure that proposals are received no later than 10:00 A.M. on the date indicated above. Proposals received after this time and date will not be considered.

The Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a work session and regular meeting on February 18, 2020 at 6 PM at the City Hall located at 160 Walker Drive.  There will be discussions on the following:

  • Rezoning request review by Mary Beth Alston for Parcel #1501010001003.094 and 1501010000001.002 from R-1 Single Family Residential District to A-1 Agriculture District.  
  • Rezoning request review by Merri Beth Faulkner for Parcel #1501010000001000 from R-1 Single Family Residential District to A-1 Agriculture District.  
  • A resurvey request by Clayton Properties Group DBA Harris Doyle Homes for property located on Farm Court to combine Lots 103, 104, 105, and 106.  
  • Review of zoning regulations regarding accessory structures, specifically Article VII-6.1.2  
  • Review of proper zoning district recommendation for indoor, climate-controlled storage units 

A public hearing will be held prior to the meeting.  All who wish to speak regarding the above mention items may do so at that time.
