The City of Springville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a regularly scheduled meeting on March 16, 2021 at 6:00 P.M. to review the following:.

  • Review for recommendation an amendment to Zoning Ordinance 2011-12, Article IX-Section 3, regarding RV/Camper regulations..
  • Review for recommendation an amendment to Zoning Ordinance 2011-12, Article VI-Section 8, regarding permitted fence height for residential property adjoining commercial property.
  • Review for recommendation an amendment to Zoning Ordinance 2011-12 to include Virtual Schools under Special Exception Uses for B-1 Local Shopping Districts, B-2, General Business Districts, and B-3 Downtown Business Districts.
  • Review for approval an amendment of Article IV-Section 14, Minimum Pavement Thickness, in the Subdivision Regulations of the City of Springville.
  • Review for recommendation a rezoning request by Mike Glover for property at 575 Robinson Street from R-1 Single Family Residential to B-1 Local Shopping District.

A public hearing for the previous agenda items will be held at the meeting prior to item review. All who would wish to speak concerning that item will be given an opportunity.

A work session will be held to discuss these agenda items on March 2, 2020 at 6:00 P.M. at City Hall in the Council Chambers.
