The City of Springville City Council will hold a public hearing at the regularly scheduled meeting on August 17, 2020 at 6 p.m. to discuss the following:

  • 227 Heritage Valley Drive to RE, Single-Family Residential District.
  • Review for approval zoning recommendation of newly annexed property at 10255 US Highway 11 to R2, Multi-family Residential District.
  • Review for approval zoning recommendation of newly annexed property at 7240 US Highway 11 to R7, Annexed Non-Conforming District.
  • Review for approval zoning recommendation of newly annexed property at 25 Lisa Lane to R1, Single-Family Residential District

The meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams.

The City of Springville Planning and Zoning Commission will hold a work session on August 4, 2020 at 6:00 p.m. .

In accordance with Governor Kay Ivey’s proclamation of March 18, 2020 Section III, the meeting will be held by teleconference in order to deliberate matters related to COVID19 response and to perform essential minimum functions of the government body.

Agenda:  Sweetwater Subdivision Preliminary Plat Review for Phases 9 and 10

The public hearing will be held during the regularly scheduled meeting held on August 18, 2020.

At a time when COVID-19 testing is critical to the pandemic response, we want you to know that there is a drivethru testing site available to any adult who meets CDC and state and local guidelines on who should be tested, including first responders, health care providers and others with symptoms of COVID-19 and those in high risk groups without symptoms
